JSS Automotive ("we", "us") is an independent car servicing and repair business based in Chelmsford, Essex, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this landing page.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form we collect:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Vehicle make & model
- The service you're enquiring about
- URL parameters attached to your visit (e.g. utm_campaign, gclid) for marketing attribution
Lawful basis
We process this information on the basis of your consent (given by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and running our business.
Cookies & tracking
This page uses Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. These services may set cookies on your device that identify actions you take on this site (such as submitting a quote request) so that we can attribute them to the ad you clicked.

- GoHighLevel — our CRM. Stores your enquiry so we can respond to it.
- Google (Ads & Analytics) — advertising measurement.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, for as long as is required for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
